Superfine Group and Salaam Group of Technology projects start with an internal handover process from the Sales Department Team to Projects Department Team. The enrollment process group determines the nature, key control indicators, requirements and scope of the project. In this stage Superfine Group and Salaam Group of Technology develop the project report document, which consist of the following important information, to enroll authority to project team.

Planning

Superfine Group and Salaam Group of Technology set up an appropriate level of detail at this stage of the project cycle. The main purpose is to plan time, estimation and required resources adequately to understand the work needed. To avoid risks effectively during project execution and to ensure that proper solutions are implemented whenever, delays, deviations, bottlenecks are detected.

Planning phase include, but not limited to the following:

  • Developing the scope statement

  • Creating algorithm for smooth workflow
  • Risk management

  • This information forms the project contract, used to gain formal mutual understanding and approval to start project.

Implementation Process ensures that scheduled project activities are carried out in an effective and efficient way, while ensuring that all preparation against project plans, specifications, and the initial project feasibility concept continue to be collected, analysed and performed on all over the project lifecycle.

Observation & Administration

The administration process concerns observation the project to identify potential issues, such that they are mitigated in a timely manner before they can have an effect on the project. This controlling and monitoring is continuous for the entity of the project.

All of process areas identified in the Planning Phase have observation modules. The information that is generated from these process is what feeds the reporting, meeting and governance of the project within Superfine Group & Salaam Group of Technology. This data allows corrective or preventative actions to be identified.

Status reporting is an integral part of Superfine Group & Salaam Group Technology observation processes. It is the means by which the project team, the stakeholders, and executive management stay informed about the progress and key activities required to successfully complete the project. The Status Report are tailored to the project, but are the same form for the full team. The Reports are prepared by the project team detailing activities, accomplishments, milestones, identified issues, and problems.

At this point, Superfine Group and Salaam Group Technology evaluates how well the project has performed. This is done using the project closure report. It communicates how well the project has performed against its original business plan, quality measures, estimation, timeline and tolerances.
